The most frequent reason for an unsuccessful payment is the internet payment limit on your card, you need to change the limit for online purchases (the limit change function may be in your bank app, or the limit should be changed by the manager of your bank according to your request to the bank).

If you have enough limit for online payment, you should call the bank manager and ask for help in making the failed payment, tell the manager the reason for your payment and the site where was unsuccessful  payment.
