About Account

In the top of any page, you should see the icon of brilliant, click it and find words  Login.

Only the site administrator can change the email in the account. Please write a mail support@elaorsini.com

If you do not remember your password and cannot login, you can change it by clicking on “Forgot Password?” at the  login  screen and a password reset link will be sent to your email address.

About Courses

You can find your course’s plan by signing into your account and clicking directly on course.

When you sign in your courses should appear on your homepage.

Click on your course and the course page should open and you can select a lesson.
For return to the page of the last lesson you studied, please click “Resume” button in top of your account 

Each online course comes with a timeline.

In each lesson, it is necessary to complete a test or a practical task (send a photo of the work on the lesson).

A new lesson opens after checking the test or assignment.

After completing the course, access to the lessons is unlimited.

If your assignment isn’t loading there’s a good chance it’s a glitch on our part, but there are a few things you can try to fix it. 

  1. Reload the page. Sometimes when the page is loading there might be a little bump and a simple reload will fix your problems.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

“Resume” button feature is a suggested bookmark for where the system thinks you left off. It detects videos that you viewed. To work around this, you may scroll down to the lesson plan to find the chapter you wish to continue.
