For international payments, banks may charge an additional fee for currency exchange. This fee depends on the bank and also on the type of card. The commission is 0-6% of the payment amount. Currently, I have a business registration in Ukraine, so payments are converted into the Ukrainian currency hryvnia.
You can find out the exact percentage of the commission on your card for international payments from your bank. If there are future changes to the business registration, I will announce it.
Incorrect 3D secure code: When paying by card, there will be a standard procedure from your bank with 3DS, you should receive an SMS with a code. If the code is entered incorrectly, your bank rejects the payment.
Online payment limit: Each card has a daily/monthly limit for online payments. If your limit is exceeded, your payment will not be successful and you will not always see a message about this reason. Solution: Checking the online payment limit is the first step to be taken in the event of an unsuccessful payment in any online store. You can check and raise the limit in your bank App account or call your bank manager for help.
Blocking by bank: The security of your account is a priority for the bank, and in any unusual situation, the bank can block payment. If you live in the USA and pay for the first time in our store, which is registered in Ukraine, the payment may be blocked. Solution: This is quickly resolved with one call to your bank manager. Provide the bank manager with information about where and for what you want to make the payment and thank them for protecting your account.
Technical troubles: Technical difficulties on the part of your bank and our payment system. Wait an hour and use the PAY button in Orders section to make a payment.
